Pet with Careful Keeping

I think these can make acceptable pets, but like any non-domestic animal, extra care has to be taken in housing and feeding. These should only be kept in very large, wild-type cages, as close to their natural environment as possible. If people begin breeding them as pets, they must be careful to ensure that all homes for the offspring will be providing this type of housing, along with proper nutrition and enrichment.
